Payments and Policies
Daily & Weekly Rentals:
During July and August, we rent from Saturday to Saturday (weekly) only. The rest of the year, we are open for both daily and weekly reservations.
For January 1st - May 25th:
Non-Lakeview: $145/night + 6% tax
Lakeview: $155/night + 6% tax
For May 26th - October 1st:
Non-Lakeview: $200/night + 6% tax
Lakeview: $225/night + 6% tax
For October 2nd - December 31st:
Non-Lakeview: $145/night + 6% tax
Lakeview: $155/night + 6% tax
Payment Plan:
Upon booking, a $100 non-refundable deposit per Pineapple Suite is due to reserve your stay. On March 1st of the year of your reservation, half of your remaining balance is due to continue to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. If your time of booking is after March 1st, half of your balance will be due upon booking. Third party reservations sometimes have different circumstances; please check your reservation or call for more details. Please note that payments made by credit card may be subject to a 3% credit card fee.
Occupancy & Visitor Limitations: Our Pineapple Suites are designed for 5 adults, with a maximum occupancy of 6 adults. No worries if you have more - just add a Pineapple Suite with a communicating door!
Pets: While we would love to host your furry friends, we are unable to allow pets on the property out of concern for our guests with allergies. There are several places in the area where your pets can vacation while you do - give us a call if you would like more info!
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside of any buildings. Additionally, smoking paraphernalia including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, hookah pipes, and marijuana are not permitted. We ask that all guests choosing to participate in such behaviors outdoors are courteous of their surroundings.

Cancellations: As a small, family-owned business, cancellations affect us greatly. For reservations made directly through us, cancellations before March 1st of the year of stay result in all money refunded to the guest less the $100 reservation fee. Cancellations after March 1st of the year of stay result in all money refunded to the guest less the half-down payment and $100 reservation fee. No refunds will be awarded to guests who arrive late or leave early. For reservations made through a third party, please check your specific reservation or give us a call for more details.
